By participating in Physique Swimming programs and activities, you agree to follow all Physique Swimming and host facility policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Weather and Operational Changes
Programs, events, and operating hours may be delayed, modified, suspended, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, maintenance, emergencies, staffing requirements, or other operational needs. Participation and facility access are subject to conditions determined by Physique Swimming management.
Riverdale Neighborhood House Values
Physique Swimming is proud to partner with Riverdale Neighborhood House (RNH), whose mission is to strengthen the community by promoting equity and building connections across generations, cultures, and backgrounds.
All participants, parents, guardians, members, passholders, guests, and visitors are expected to treat others with dignity and respect regardless of economic status, intellectual ability, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, or age. Individuals who do not follow Physique Swimming policies, Riverdale Neighborhood House policies, facility rules, or staff instructions may be denied access to programs or asked to leave the premises.
Release of Liability
Swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Physique Swimming, Riverdale Neighborhood House, and their employees, instructors, and staff from claims arising from participation in programs or use of the facilities. You authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary.
Media Release
You grant Physique Swimming permission to photograph, film, or record participants and accompanying family members. These materials may be used for advertising, educational, training, website, print, and social media purposes without compensation.
Communications
You consent to receiving important updates and communications from Physique Swimming by email, phone, and text message regarding programs, events, and operational notices.
