The Pool

The pool at the Riverdale Neighborhood House offers a relaxed, family-friendly place to enjoy the summer with access to swimming, sun, and community. Designed as a neighborhood destination for both recreation and fitness, the pool features lap swim, open swim, and comfortable lounge areas for members throughout the season.

In partnership with the Riverdale Neighborhood House, Physique Swimming also provides learn-to-swim programs and aquatics activities that support swimmers of all ages while maintaining a welcoming and well-supervised environment.

Pool Rules:

Supervision: Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
Food & Drinks: No glass. Keep food and drinks away from the pool.
Toys & Floatation Devices: Allowed at the discretion of the lifeguard.
Health & Behavior:
- No disruptive behavior, rough play, or entering while under the influence.
- Do not enter if you have open wounds or a contagious illness.
- No urinating, spitting, or blowing your nose in the pool.
Safety: Follow all lifeguard, posted and staff instructions at all times. Failure may result in removal from the facility.

Payments & Billing:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all Physique Swimming payment and billing policies. Physique Swimming reserves the sole right to process charges for unpaid balances when applicable.

Refund Policy:
Once a purchase has been completed, refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued for any reason. All sales are final at the time of purchase, including but not limited to:

Membership / Season Pass Fees
Guest Pass Fees
Class or Camp Tuition

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their selected programs and schedules are appropriate before completing registration.

Inclement Weather:
As an outdoor facility, pool operations are subject to weather conditions. Programs, events, and operating hours may be delayed, shortened, modified, or canceled due to lightning, heavy rain, high winds, or other conditions deemed unsafe by management.

Temporary suspension of pool operations due to weather does not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or reimbursement.

Closures & Operational Changes:
Physique Swimming reserves the right to cancel programs, modify schedules, adjust operating hours, or temporarily close the facility due to inclement weather, safety concerns, emergencies, facility maintenance, or other operational needs.

Such changes may occur with little or no advance notice. Refunds, credits, or adjustments will not be issued for schedule changes, interruptions, or temporary closures.

Operational Conditions:
Participation and facility access are subject to operational, safety, and environmental conditions as determined by Physique Swimming management.
